Schematic Design

Balance ambiguity and specifity as design decisions are made. Create beautiful and engaging diagrams and renderings without being limited to a small handful of options.

Design Development

A valuable tool in user groups and stakeholder meetings, real-time rendering enables feedback to be easily gathered and studied by the design team to find the most meaningful solutions for their clients.

Documentation Phase

Enscape is always directly linked with the documentation models. When coordination issues arise, they can instantly be seen and verified so that solutions can be coordinated before they have an impact on schedule or budget.

Construction Phase

Visualizing materials and FF&E layouts prior to installation can be done effectively with virtual reality. Designers and clients can go through the project in an intuitive and immersive way to finalize the details with confidence.

Bridge the gap between design and reality.

Real-time Walk-through

With Enscape your project is visualized as a fully rendered 3D walkthrough which can be navigated and explored from every angle, during any time of day. With the live link between Enscape and your CAD program, you can follow every update to your plan instantly. Use NVIDIA DLSS support to improve performance in walkthroughs.

Virtual Reality

Explore your design in the compelling realism of virtual reality. Connect a VR headset like the Oculus Rift S or HTC Vive in a snap and get ready to walk or fly through your project. You won’t believe the extraordinary experience it will evoke.

Export Functions

Enscape offers a variety of options to share or collaborate with anyone; design teams, clients and other stakeholders can easily explore your 3D rendered design. And guess what: they won’t need any special software or superpowered computers.

Batch Export
Establish your favourite views and consecutively export the high quality images.
Video Exports
Create a video walkthrough of your projects in no time.
Share your work with anyone as a fully rendered exe file or web standalone.

More Features

Workflow Tools

Access more than 200 predefined materials to communicate your design aesthetic. Fine-tune materials in the updated Material Editor.

Collaborative Annotation

Request changes, suggest material or highlight problems directly within the project. Share progress, maintain context, & benefit from continuous communication.

Custom Asset Library

Whether it’s meeting individual needs or fulfilling corporate branding standards, you can include bespoke assets into your designs.

BIM Information

Click on single or grouped elements to immediately display all available BIM data or search for an element in our BIM mode menu to see one or all instances of the object highlighted in the Enscape window.

Orthographic Views

Create a two-dimensional view out of your three-dimensional project in one click. Switch easily between several flat perspectives to create floor plans or side view section cuts.

Atmosphere Settings

Adjust the cloud density and variety to perfect the feel of your scene. Depending on your defined parameters, the rendering will appear brighter or darker, the clouds thicker or thinner.

Time of day

Simulate lighting situations at different times or check the artificial lighting concept of your building at night. Specify a location for the daylight conditions of any city in the world at any time.

White Mode

Switch on White Mode to shift focus to the architecture. All colors are set to white, while other parameters like glossiness and bump are maintained to preserve the natural appearance of the scene.

Light view

Enable light view to generate a light analysis of your model, displaying how many lux are falling onto each surface. Adjust the time of day to see how your model interacts with the light a given time.

Image effects

The cinematic view and atmosphere of your scene can be regulated with the image settings. Adjust the bloom or lens flare intensity to bring to light specific details or brighten up the complete image.

Volumetric fog

Fog gives your scene a sense of depth. Use it to simulate a scattering of dust or a layer of dense fog. The time of day has a direct effect on the color of the fog; at sunset it will be more intense.

Depth of field

Focus on whatever you want. Call attention to specific details and blur others to create a dynamic image.

Asset Library

2700+ available models

Enscapes's ever-expanding Asset Library will help you fill your scene with life and make it more realistic.

Windows System Requirements

Operating System

Windows 10 or higher Enscape will also run where Windows 10 is installed on certain Intel Macs via Bootcamp

Graphics Card

  • NVIDIA or AMD dedicated GPU with 4GB VRAM that supports Vulkan 1.1
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 900 series / Quadro M series and newer
  • AMD Radeon RX 400 series / equivalent Radeon Pro series and newer
  • The latest available drivers

  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 / Quadro RTX 4000 or AMD equivalent (eg. Radeon RX 5700 XT)
  • The latest available drivers

VR Requirements:
  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 / Quadro RTX 5000 or an AMD equivalent GPU (eg. Radeon RX 6700 XT)
  • The latest available drivers

Basic: 4 GB VRAM
Recommended: 6 GB VRAM

VR Headsets

  • Windows Mixed Reality Devices
  • HTC Vive and HTC Vive Pro
  • Oculus Rift and Rift S

Additional  Software Requirements

The Enscape installer will check for the presence of additional software required to run Enscape. If that software is not present the installer will prompt you to download and install whatever is missing from your system.

For deploying Enscape via Command Line, here’s a list of that required software:

  • .NET Framework 4.5.2 or higher (already installed for Windows 10)
  • Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable
  • Vulkan Runtime

Unsupported Hardware

  • Radeon 6000 mobile GPU’s
  • Intel Integrated Graphics onboard GPU’s
  • SLI

you may still experience a performance boost by using SLI AFR mode, which is a setting that can be selected in your NVIDIA driver properties.
In cases where you have multiple GPU’s, Enscape will only utilize one of those GPU’s.
Only docking stations that support accelerated graphics will work with Enscape.

Known Issues:

If using Revit, there are known conflicts with two other Revit plugins: Colorizer and Techviz. To avoid incompatibilities, please uninstall them before using Enscape.

DLSS is not supported on the NVIDIA GTX 1660 product line and although the GTX 1660 cards can run RTX features, you will likely experience many performance issues. In this scenario we highly recommend disabling RTX for these GPU’s.
