Project and data archive
Manage large amounts of data more easily with the ability to archive data when designs and projects are completed or obsolete.
Trash bin
Avoid losing essential files that are accidentally deleted. Trash bin provides temporary storage and settings that allow users to restore deleted data.
Hyperlink user-defined property (UDP)
Add a clickable URL hyperlink or email address in user-defined properties for greater convenience.
Set job to top priority
Give users the ability to move critical jobs to the top of the queue when there is urgency.
Automatic account disablement
Set an expiration date for when a user will no longer need access to Vault or its data. On that date, their account will be disabled automatically.
Client configuration deployments
Ensure consistency and compliance while minimizing confusion due to individual configuration errors. This feature now includes more areas in Vault to be deployed.
Copy design
Prevent accidentally copying library files and creating unnecessary duplicates​. Users can reuse library files on file selection or based on branch in the copy design grid​.
