Single-User License (Subscription-based Licenses)
For a single-user license, each seat is associated with an individual Autodesk account. To assign the new user, follow these steps in the Autodesk Account Portal:

Log into Autodesk Account:
- Visit Autodesk Account and log in using your Autodesk admin credentials.
- Access User Management:
- Once logged in, go to the User Management section from the left-hand menu.
- If you have more than one product or subscription, choose either By User or By Product.
Assign a User:
If you select By User:
- Click on the Invite Users button, and then enter the new user’s email address.
- Select the product (AutoCAD) you want to assign to the user.
- Click Send Invite. The user will receive an email inviting them to accept and use the AutoCAD license.
If you select By Product:
- Select the AutoCAD product from the list.
- Click Assign Users and add the new user’s email address. You can also manage existing assignments here.
Activation Process (User’s Side):
- Once the new user receives the invitation email, they must accept it.
- They’ll log in with their Autodesk ID in AutoCAD to activate the license.
- The license will be tied to their Autodesk account, allowing them to use AutoCAD on any device where they sign in.
