We have noticed that a few customers have the same issue, As soon as you open your Autodesk software, the software asks you to sign in, and it seems like it is not working.
This cause can be of an updated Autodesk single sign on component, or can be a network issue or your side. If you have verified the network from your side and everything is in order , but you still find your self not being able to log into the software please see below.
Here are a few things you can try to sort out this issue.
The first thing I recommend doing is opening Autodesk Access.
If you are unsure were to find Autodesk Access, please see below the following steps.
In your search bar simply type in Autodesk Access and open the application.
If you do not have Autodesk Access, you can download it from Autodesk website:
Make sure you are signed into the Autodesk Access application; this app will show you all available updates that is required for your software to run smoothly.
If you do not wish to download the app you could simply log into your Autodesk account through google. Once you are signed in, follow these steps. Click on your profile icon at the top right and scroll down to products and services. This can be done by opening the Autodesk Access app as well. Select the software you wish to run the updates on and choose view details, remember to select the year edition you are working on.
After the view details has been selected, you will be able to see the existing updates that’s available.
The first update that is required is the Autodesk Single Sign on Component.
The second update to run is the Identity Manager update.
Thirdly run all the required software updates.
When this has been completed the software should be working and function correctly.
