If you have not used a Dynamo Python node in a graph for a while, you may be surprised to learn that your old Dynamo Python nodes no longer work in the Dynamo graphs. Luckily it is not that difficult to resolve. Simply copy the Python code from the old node and paste it into the new node.
Keeping your scripts relevant is a constant job for a programmer. Each year the Revit and API and Dynamo interfaces get modified and added. Sometimes this breaks the Dynamo graphs for the new Revit version. One must revisit one’s graphs to make sure they are still working when the latest version of Revit is released. Usually, companies will hold off adopting the latest version of Revit for at least a year, so this should give you time enough to manage the updated graphs.
