If you like basing your business decisions on data, then using Power BI to pull reports from the cloud is a good idea. If you run the reports manually, you can do so free of charge. You may also choose to automate the running of the reports periodically, in chich case you would have to purchase a license of Microsoft Power BI Pro.
For you to be able to run data extractions, you need to meet some conditions first.
Install Power BI Desktop of at least April 2022 installed. Download and install Microsoft Power BI Desktop.

Have Executive Overview permissions to the relevant ACC Account

Have access assigned to them in the project.

Run a data extraction manually or in a scheduled manner because Power BI does not extract live data form the cloud.

You will be notified when the data extraction is done.

Open ACC Insight and have a look at the Power BI templates.

Browse till you find a template you like then download it. The type of query is similar for the account and the project. The query for the account is on the left and for the project on the right.

Double-click on the .PBIT file to open it.

You are asked to input the name of the Hub and the project. The Hub is not the GUID, but the name.

Load the Data.

You can also set up you own model checks and automate their execution against models in the Autodesk Construction Cloud and display the data in a Power BI report.
Now, if you own Power BI Pro, you can schedule the running of these reports and get regular executive updates automatically generated for you.
