The array commands in AutoCAD are relatively easy to understand. The linear array and the Polar Array are relatively easy to manipulate accurately. But the path array provides a bit of a challenge. In this video we look at the path array, and how to use the settings and grips to equally space the elements that need to be arrayed.

Path arrays may look like relatively esoteric tools but consider in how many saturations they occur. Seating alone plays a role in stadiums, auditoriums, and other places of public congregation. Being able to place this spacing accurately is critical.

Once you know the trick it is quite easy, and you should find the process manageable.
