Autodesk Advance Steel 2024 – Roof Anti Sag Limitation

Some users of Advance Steel use the Roof Anti Sag joint to create stability on the sides of a structural steel warehouse. This joint has some limitations, especially when it comes to the selection of the rod member attachments. In this video we look at the method to create the Roof Anti Sag joint, to adjust the joint to suit our purposes and then to see what we can do with the rod connections.

Since Autodesk Advance Steel has been put on maintenance, it is not being developed further, bar the support via 3^rd party software, we should not expect development around this limitation. Instead, we should work around the issue and keep up to date with the new developments so we can get on board as soon as the new technology is developed.
