It is almost time for Autodesk University again. This is the premier Autodesk event of the year where all the specialists around the world come together in Las Vegas to demonstrate their skill and achievements with Autodesk software. The conference will be held at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, between Monday 13th, and Wednesday 15th of November 2023! Register here. While you can certainly travel to Las Vegas to experience the show in person, you can also attend online via the internet.

I like Autodesk University because it showcases how different software is used to achieve a goal. It is often the case that people only use one or two pieces of software, and neglect to learn the other software. If I had a company, I would require my R&D team to attend the relevant sessions virtually. I would like them to adopt the methods showcased and test them on my production line so that I can gain an advantage over my competitors and to become the best company in my field.

The conference not only caters to the AEC community, but also to the manufacturing and media and entertainment industries.

Another great thing is that the sessions are available after the event. You can watch them at your leisure if you have deadlines and cannot watch in real time.
