If you had used a crosshair to define specific northing and easting, then you have a point that is common in both coordinate systems. Draw a line from the origin to the cross-hair in Mauritius_LGM-2012. A closeup of the crosshair is shown on the right in the image below.

Detach the file that was attached for the redraw to occur.

Save the file.

To move the Mauritius-ZONE surface into position so that the Mauritius_LGM-2012 coordinate system can be specified instead, we open the Mauritius-ZONE file. We link in the Mauritius_LGM-2012 in and move it into position.

Zooming out, we see the origins are different (as expected).

Change the coordinate system from Mauritius-ZONE to Mauritius_LGM-2012. Now select everything and move the objects so that the required origin is on the current file origin. After that, switch on the online map imagery and note that the file does not seem correct. Save the file and then close Civil 3D down. Open it up again. Note that the imagery now displays correctly.

Now, when you open the file again, it works perfectly. The online imagery shows up exactly where it should.

At this stage, the interoperability between Civil 3D and Infraworks has been lost. This is something that must be considered when specifying the Local Grid Mauritius 2012 coordinate system for the project. Wherever in the world, you are, if you plan in using seamless interoperability between software packages, first test the coordinate system so that you are certain it will work. If this is not important, use whatever coordinate system suits you.
