Ensure Enscape is Using the Correct Graphics Card

Programs, by default, do not necessarily use your best graphics card. Enscape is no different.

One way to overcome this is to disable the on board graphics in the BIOS. That way, the PC only sees the dedicated graphics card.

If you are using an NVIDIA graphics card, then it is also possible to set this in the NVIDIA control panel.

Either way, do yourself a favour and open the Windows Task Manager and make sure Enscape is using the correct graphics cars when rendering. If it is not, then set it to do so. Otherwise you will have inferior graphics performance and you and your clients will be frustrated.
