Infraworks 2023 – Analysis and Optimization

I recently had the privilege to teach my first Infraworks Fundamentals course. It was interesting to see what analysis and optimization were available. Some of this analysis and optimization require you to have cloud tokens. In the case of road profile optimization, this can be rather expensive, but considering that it would save the time of an Engineer to complete the task manually, it might be of benefit to your company.

Some of the other analysis and optimization is not that expensive, and small projects would not cost you anything. Examples of this are watersheds and alignment optimization.

You should consider using Infraworks to help you with your infrastructure planning and analysis. Its interoperability with Civil 3D might make your tasks faster and more efficient.
