I recently had the opportunity to teach my first Infraworks Fundamentals course. For someone who is used to AutoCAD and Revit, the method of sketching elements can be counterintuitive. Initiating the commands is easy enough, but undoing clicks require finishing up and then deleting vertexes. Ending a command requires you to double-click (something I always forget). Adding a point requires you to split a segment and then manipulate it, and then you can also add to the item you are sketching.
Placing groups are also strange. One can access one item at a time, or double-click to select the group, but it can not be exploded. If you do not know Infraworks, then doing a Fundamentals course is a good idea since much of the capability will quickly be exposed to you.
