Besides myself, I have come across a few customers who also get frustrated by the user interface of the project parameters as they are unable to differentiate between one and the other. The problem is we can’t widen the interface to read the names. How is one supposed to decide which parameter to modify or remove then?
Answer? Either you use Dynamo, or you don’t. It’s that simple.
Have a go for yourself and see if you can work in this manner. If you are of the opinion that this needs to change, then vote for the idea below. All you need is an Autodesk Account, which costs nothing to create. Vote for the idea then you can influence what Autodesk will spend their resources on improving Revit. Mail your friends in the industry and ask them to vote as well. Or create your own blog and point to the idea.
If there are of the opinion that Revit can be improved, please create your own ideas and forward them to everyone you know who uses Revit. Forward them to me. I will certainly vote for them if it is an idea that I think is useful. In Fact, I make a point to trawling though the ideas from time to time to add my vote to good ideas. You should think about doing the same.
