Revit 2023 – Export to PDF

Revit 2023 has some great new features. My favorite is that it can now export views and sheets to PDF. In the past, we had to install 3rd party printers to get the sheets into PDF, and even then, the order could not be changed, and the sheet sizes all had to be one size.

With the new method, we can save sets and sort the drawings per sheet number or browser organization, as well as manually arrange them. The printer will print all the sheet sizes in one batch, and we can choose to save them into one file or print them on separate pages.

This is a superior way of printing to PDF and is a valuable tool for use with Autodesk Docs where the preferred format is often PDF.
