Revit 2023 – Home Page Docs Controls

The Home page is important when you are working with co-authored cloud models, especially with Revit 2023, in which the “Manage Cloud Models” has been removed from the Collaborate tab.  Instead, publishing is now done from the Home Tab. A neat addition is that one can now publish with the links unloaded. Selectively opening worksets, rolling back to an earlier version, and auditing is now all done from the home page. I would still like to see Autodesk include the Description metadata off the cloud, but it is important to start using the Home Page if you are Co-Authoring on the cloud.

Nothing much has changed from the LAN-based approach, but you must just use the home page instead. For some reason, not many clients use the home page controls, but I find them very useful, and you should make the effort to get to know them.
