When you connect electrical fixtures to a circuit and connect the circuit to a panelboard, the panelboard calculates the current that flows through the breaker. If you exceed 80% of the rated load, then the breaker panel will display a warning.
It is expected of you to fix this problem immediately, as there is no way to review the warning afterwards. An easy way to test the breakers for this condition after the fact is to change the circuit rating to something bigger and then back again.
You will also note that Revit re-calculates the wire size for the circuit based on the circuit rating. If you want to plan for checking your circuits after the design is done, simply switch out and switch back the circuit rating for all the circuits one-by-one.
