Prokon Know-How: Modelling Haunches in SUMO

Adding haunches to a structure can be an economic way of reducing the required main member sizes. It is possible to model haunches in SUMO and for the attributed stiffness to be taken into account during the analysis. Although they don’t look great when modelled, they can easily be added to any structure.
