Inventor Model States and Excel Integration

Inventor Model States is a great way to configure a design with different iterations. When creating your model we might need the column order in Excel to be set in a certain order for maybe copying from an excel that has been created by someone else. For this video we show how to create that order by which order the Model State is modified. Once this is done, further Model States are created by editing in an excel spreadsheet where yo can also use functions like concatenate to populate properties like the member name.
