The first step in creating a title block is to define the attributes that need to be extracted through Object Character Recognition (OCR). It is currently not possible to reorder attributes in the BIM 360 interface, so if it is important that you see attributes displayed in a certain order, please define them in sequence.
One can easily check which attributes have already been created
Consider the following scenario.
After checking the Titleblock to be uploaded to BIM 360, a project manager defines some attributes (the metadata that is to attach to a published plan/sheet is read through optical character recognition).
The Title sheet is uploaded and Titleblock 1 is defined from it.
A multi-page PDF of sheets are uploaded to the Plans folder using Titleblock 1 and is placed in Set 1. Titleblock 1 extracts the metadata using OCR.
It is now realised that Titleblock 1 was not defined properly and some metadata still needs to be read from the sheets.
It is not possible to edit the Titleblock definition to add more attributes.
However, it is possible to delete it.
This does not affect the metadata that has already been attached to the documents.
Now Titleblock 2 is defined and some more attributes are added. Delete the existing document that was used to define Titleblock 1 (in this case the same Title Sheet will be used again).
