Inventor Task Scheduler

We all hate doing repetitive tasks and unfortunately every year when upgrading you have the task of having to migrate files.
Here is where the Inventor Task Scheduler comes into play. The Inventor task scheduler does not just migrate files but has the following functions as well:

Migrate Files
Update Design
Publish DWF Files
Publish 3D PDF
Print Files
Import Files
Export Files
Check out from Vault
Checkin to Vault
Get Latest from Vault
Convert IDW to DWG
Refresh Standard Components
Shrinkwrap Assemblies
Purge
Sequential Task
Custom Task

To start a task select Create Task at the top of the dialog box.
Select Migrate Files.
You must select the correct project file for the files that you will be migrating.
You are then given the option to either select certain files or whole folders.
You are also able to either run the task immediately or schedule it for a later date.

Please note that you will need an administrator account and you will need to insert your password to schedule a task for later.
